After you have had your car serviced at Autotek, we call you a few days later
to see how your car is doing. We wanted to share some of the comments that
our customers have given us. We do have to bring a car back in now and again,
but we work on fixing the problem when that happens. Most of the time,
though, you are set to go after your repairs are completed, as these
customers can testify.

New Customers: What to Expect

As a new customer, you will receive a new customer packet that includes the
Napa Nationwide Warranty Wallet, our Autotek brochure, and a $10.00 off
coupon on your next service. (Please ask for this packet, if your service
adviser forgets to give it to you.) Within a week or so, we will also contact
you by phone to check on your car and to get any feedback you might have for
us. We are also sending out a second packet about 3-4 weeks after your visit,
that has, among other things, any technical service bulletins for your car.
