History
AUTOTEK opened in 1989. Since then, more than 150,000 vehicles have been serviced in our 50-bay shop in southeast Denver. You can find us in a busy shopping center, which includes United Artists theaters, Office Max, Wolf Camera, Wherehouse Music, and six restaurants.

The shop is designed with a center aisle and two large, automatic doors on each end. In addition, there are separate doors for two lube pits. It is fully ventilated with separate air and exhaust systems. Heat in the winter comes from two systems: forced air and radiant heat. Swamp coolers are available for those hot days in the summer.

Quality Engines and Transmissions was brought into the shop in early 1998. Customers' engines are removed and installed in the shop, and rebuilt onsite, in our complete engine machine shop. Quality builds a superior engine and backs it with a superior 6 year, 75,000 mile warranty.
Company Goals
Our goal is to be the best shop in Denver. We want to handle the most difficult drivability problems, as well as all normal maintenance and repair services. We want low comeback ratios and satisfied customers. We do followup calls on all services in order to ensure our customers are happy.

Our goal is to provide a great work environment, great equipment, and top pay in the industry. Constant training to keep you up on new developments is a must. We have some of the best benefits around.

We also want to help you accomplish your professional and personal financial goals. In addition to competitive wage rates, we have a full array of benefits and bonuses available.

Our goal is to grow, both by increasing production in our current shop and by buying or building additional locations.
Customer Service
Our customers are busy people and don't want to return for either related or unrelated work. They want all of their needs met by quality services the first time in. Our procedures are designed to identify as many of the customer's needs as possible, so that return trips are unnecessary. As a shop, we constantly strive for high ticket averages. With larger average tickets, we can spend more time on each car, taking the time to make sure we do top quality work. This also allows us to operate the shop much more sanely than is common elsewhere. Your workflow can be paced, reducing your stress.

The customer is never pressured to do repairs (unless they are safety related). Our goal is simply to present all the facts, so that the customer has a reasonable basis for making their own repair decisions.

Over time, we work hard in educating our customers that a well-maintained car is a great investment. We use the example of our 345,000 mile pickup (original engine & transmission) to get this point across.

We have thousands of great customers who have been bringing all of their vehicles to us for years, keeping our shop busy throughout the year.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay is based on your experience, certifications, tools, and productivity. In addition, we have a variety of production, quality, and customer satisfaction based bonuses, which allow you to build on your base pay. Our technicians can earn up to $100,000 per year, plus benefits.
