Arapahoe Autotek, Inc. is a full service
auto repair shop that will surprise you. We have a state of the art
22,000 square foot shop with 50 bays. Out technicians are highly
trained and certified by the National Institute for Autotmotive Service
Excellence. We have serviced 155,000 cars since we opened in 1989. We
want to provide every one of our customers with reliable and courteous
service, with quality repairs, and with the preventative maintenance that
vehicles need to run smoothly and have a long life.

on by certified technicians with a wide variety of experience on all kinds
of vehicles.

| Warranty and Maintenence |
We've developed a loyal clientele because we stand behind
our work with a six month, 6,000 mile warranty. A well
maintained vehicle can go 200,000 miles, but neglect can be
costly. Our shop pickup has 300,000 miles on the original
engine and transmissions. AUTOTEK encourages you to
follow the recommended maintenance schedule in your owner's
manual. AUTOTEK maintenance services meet all
manufacturer warranty requirements. We are also a part of
the nationwide NAPA Auto Care Network. More than 7,000 shops
honor the NAPA 6 month, 6,000 mile warranty.

scary experience. How do you find a reliable and honest
shop? So much depends on trust. We want you to know that we
are committed to earning your trust, and to giving you
honest work for an honest price. You will never be pressured
to do any repairs at AUTOTEK. We'll tell you all the
facts about your car, and we will not do unnecessary
repairs. We want to help you protect your investment in your
vehicle and take the guesswork out of auto repair.

| Computerized |
AUTOTEK is fully computerized and uses the
"ALLDATA" service system to obtain detailed repair
and maintenance information on any vehicle. A complete
computer listing is maintained on all services and repairs,
which can be helpful when you do your taxes or want to sell
your car. The shop faithfully sends maintenance reminders to
its customers every three months for both major and minor
service intervals.

| Symptoms Sheets |
We now have our symptoms sheet online, for you to fill out and
send to us, and to print out and keep with you in your car as you
drive. So often, little details that seem unimportant provide
valuable clues to a difficult problem. As you hear noises, or
notice odd jerks or movements, even unusual smells, mark them
down on your symptoms sheet, or make a note for a later visit
to our site. Your observations can help find a problem quicker,
and may avoid extensive repairs. Click here to go to our

| New Customers |
As a new customer, you will receive a new customer packet that includes the
Napa Nationwide Warranty Wallet, our Autotek brochure, and a $10.00
off coupon on your next service. (Please ask for this packet, if your service
adviser forgets to give it to you.) Within a week or so, we will also contact
you by phone to check on your car and to get any feedback you might have for
us. We are also sending out a second packet about 3-4 weeks after your visit,
that has, among other things, any technical service bulletins for your car.

| Same-Day Service |
Please call for an appointment, or just bring your car in for
sameday service. It is helpful to have the car in the shop by 7:30
a.m. We have a free shuttle (within a 5 mile radius of Autotek) to
get you to and from work. We will do everything possible to complete
repairs in one day. Our service advisers are there to answer
any questions, talk over symptoms your car is displaying, and to
keep you informed throughout the day on the progress of your
vehicle.
